This Data Application is available to help you track the
important information about your membership or event. The design has been implemented by
us and our many years of tracking employees and members of large organizations.
We then customize ours to meet your needs.
Many of these "Cruises" or car shows are attended by many clubs and are social
functions . Have the
ability to have the next event successful by having the proper contact
information available to let them know of the next event. We can provide on line
interactivity through our hosting company
YUIOP Internet Services along
with all of the other paper forms for use at meetings or events.
The application is built on the Microsoft®™ Access ®™
and needs Microsoft®™ Access®™ (version 2000 or higher) to
run. There are many "Drop Down" or combination boxes that are included that get
their information from sub tables that have been filled with the most car makes,
models and sub models. All US states are in the tables. The date information for
Birthdays and Anniversaries have also been provided. However you are able to add
new entries to the tables as well.
